Charleston holds a very special place in my heart. I was bought up in Lewes, East Sussex, and showed an early interest in all things creative, art especially. Charleston is a short drive away from Lewes and I’ve visited the house many times in my lifetime. In the last few years, Jason & I became Omega members, supporting the ongoing program of events and the development of the heritage of the foundation. It has given me the opportunity to learn more about Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant, and the other amazing creatives that spent time at the property. Of course, this has absolutely influenced the subject of some of my art.
